FitorAI does NOT:

   •    Diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition
   •    Replace professional healthcare services

Consult a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, sleep, hydration, or physical activity routines.

By using the app, you acknowledge that all information is for educational and self-tracking purposes only.

4. User Accounts & Security

Some features may require creating an account or enabling cloud sync.
You are responsible for:
   •    Keeping your login credentials secure
   •    Ensuring your information is accurate
   •    Not sharing accounts with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of FitorAI are available through a paid subscription.

5.1 Subscription Terms
   •    Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
   •    Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
   •    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
   •    Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.2 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

All refunds follow Apple’s own refund policies.
FitorAI cannot process refunds directly.

6. Use of Health Data (HealthKit)

If you choose to enable Apple Health (HealthKit) integration:
   •    We may read water, sleep, step count, weight, and nutrition data ONLY after you grant permission.
   •    We do not write any data to HealthKit without explicit approval.
   •    Health data is used strictly for displaying insights and generating personalized recommendations.
   •    Health data is never shared with advertisers or third parties.
   •    Health data is stored locally unless you choose cloud synchronization.

Use of HealthKit complies with Apple Health Data Usage Guidelines.

FitorAI may include:
   •    AI chat coaching
   •    AI food analysis through camera input
   •    AI habit insights and recommendations

By using AI features, you agree that:
   •    Your inputs may be processed to generate responses
   •    Camera images used for analysis are not stored after processing
   •    AI outputs may not always be accurate or medically reliable

You must not rely solely on AI recommendations for health decisions.

   •    Misuse or reverse-engineer any part of the App
